Anonymity / Identification

Can I be identified when making a report?

If more than one person reports, the complaint will have more credit?

A .: With the protocol number, you can access the system and add this information / document. This access in no way removes the anonymity of the complaint.

What if I lose my protocol number?
A .: If you have chosen anonymity and have not registered any email, you will no longer be able to follow the complaint. If you have registered an email, you will receive the news periodically.

I can only access the Legal Ethics of the computer that I use in the company in which I work?
A: No, the tool can be accessed by any computer or cell phone, both to make complaints and to follow them. Accessing the Legal Ethics of a computer other than what you use is usually recommended to ensure the anonymity of the whistleblower, as malicious third parties can see your screen.
